All accessories should be used under supervision and checked regularly for signs of wear and tear. If any product shows damage or deterioration, it should no longer be used.

Our products are designed for everyday use; however, dogs that pull excessively or display strong behavioural tendencies may cause increased wear. In these cases, product lifespan may be reduced.

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, including chewing, scratching, or excessive pulling. Items that have been damaged in this way are not eligible for refund or replacement.

To maintain quality, we recommend hand washing all accessories at a maximum of 30°C.
